A Time For Thanks...
With the month of November beginning and Thanksgiving just around the corner I wanted to start a new tradition in our home and really focus on what I'm thankful for...
I've decided to write one thing down I am thankful for every day until Thanksgiving! Of course, they will be written on cute notecards that I can also use as my Thanksgiving decor! I think I will string them, make a garland, and hang it from my fireplace as a reminder all month long of how much we have to be thankful for... How fun will it be to pull out every year, add to it, and remember our blessings!
My first card... I am thankful for a sweet husband who wakes up every morning to feed Tate to let me sleep in!
What are you thankful for?

  2. Ok i really think that is so cute! I am Thankful for London. I do not know what i would do with out her. She is my world. My friend just told me today that her 3 year old niece is dying from a terminal illness. It has made me so very sad all day. It made me realize how truly lucky i am to have London.

  6. GREAT idea! I'm grateful for great friendships, babies, family and chocolate... is that a good start?! Maybe we'll hang what we're grateful for on the fridge since we don't have a fireplace! :)

  12. You have the best ideas, I should pick your brain. I think I'll start with the left brain, is that the smart side? I need some of those. Anyways, I am greatful for great and I must say creative friends like you! Tate looked so cute in her halloween costume! Halloween must be much funner when you have someone who will let you dress them up. Unfortunately Preston is very resistant when it comes to this. I don't know why, it is really fun! Anyways, I don't have a fireplace to hang all of them on but might collect them in a bowl or something. It's not half as decorative but might do the job. Martha definately could use you as a sidekick!
